Horregatik, formazio programa berezi bat lantzen dugu urtero, gaitasun profesionalak garatzeko, beti ere eduki teoriko-praktikoen bitartez, jakintzen berritze eta eguneratzea landuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilizazio eta transferentzia teknikak, laguntza teknikoen erabilera zuzena, lan-estresaren lanketa eta bestelako gaien inguruko ikastaroekin, zaintza lanetan aritzen diren pertsonen ezagutzak zabaltzen ditugu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formazio plan hau behar eta gabezien azterketatik eratzen dugu, egoitza bakoitza ezberdina dela ulertuaz.
